Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping methods for our customers . Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the selected product.

Shipping Locations: We ship our products to all locations within the India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. We offer free shipping on orders over Rs 1000 amount.

Tracking Orders: Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used to track the order status.
Delivery Policy:

Delivery Times: Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Estimated delivery times is around 5-7 days from the date of order.

Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving any issues that may arise.

Delivery Verification: All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure that the package is received by the intended recipient. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact the customer to arrange for re-delivery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

First Source Infra Solutions believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

First Source Infra Solutions does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the First Source Infra Solutions, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
